COLOURWORXX is an experimental multimedia exploration of colour from Colour Your City
A full-spectrum exploration of colour around the world, exploring real and imaginal cities, landscapes, design, music, culture and the arts.
Join the voyage, which so far has encompassed radio and events, with much more to come.
Social art origins: We were supported by the Social Art Network and Kickstarter – as part of their joint initiative to launch social art projects on the platform – to launch a crowdfunding campaign to distil and expand our knowledge around colour.
The emergence of Pink Portals: We took our thematic starting point from our spatial design project at The Cause, where artist Antonis Papamichael transformed a black box room into a pink neon CAD-gaming-rave space (pictures and more info below).
Publication on the way: Antonis Papamichael is also responsible for the stunning concept artwork, and we can’t wait to share much more with you..
On air: For now, we’re delighted to share our radio show archive, so far mostly on Netil Radio - one of London’s top community stations. Our radio shows have been genre-fluid, often with special guests for Colour Chats (from sound healers to artists, architects and musicians), discussions and colour news.
